Methodology
How TF-IDF Checker works
How often a word appears on the page. High TF = the word dominates the text.
How "special" a word is. Common words (the, and, in) get low IDF scores.
TF × IDF product. High TF-IDF = a page-defining keyword with unique relevance.
Density > 2.5%: warning. > 4%: critical over-optimization risk.
Do the top-5 words appear in H1 and H2 headings? Google expects topical alignment.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is keyword density?
Keyword density is the percentage of times a keyword appears on a page relative to the total word count. For the primary keyword, 1–2.5% is generally considered safe.
What is keyword stuffing?
Keyword stuffing is the deliberate overuse of keywords beyond natural frequency. Google applies manual actions or algorithmic penalties for density above 4% for a single term.
What is TF-IDF?
TF-IDF (Term Frequency–Inverse Document Frequency) scores how important a word is to a specific document. Unlike simple counting, it penalizes very common words and rewards topic-specific terms.
Why should the focus keyword appear in H1?
H1 is the primary semantic heading of a page. Google gives it elevated weight when determining the page topic. A missing focus keyword in H1 signals a mismatch between content and structure.
